To measure for inside mount installation, a 2-inch window depth is required. Measure the inside width and height of your window frame for the ordering dimensions, with a slight deduction made by us for a proper fit. For outside mount installation, simply measure the width and height of the area you wish to cover. No deductions will be made by us in this case. We recommend selecting a shade size that is 3-10 inches larger than your window for better coverage.
