Custom Blackout Bamboo Roman Shades

MOUNTING TYPES: Inside mounted bamboo Roman shades will have a deduction of approximately 3/8" to ensure a proper fit inside the window frame. Inside mounted bamboo shades require a minimum frame depth of 2 inches for secure installation. If your window frame depth is less than 2 inches, please select outside mount. Outside mounted bamboo shades should be ordered with the exact width of the area you wish to cover. Outside mounts are often used when there is not sufficient frame depth for inside mounting. Our shades come with all mounting hardware for both inside and outside mount installations.

INSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: Step 1. Measure the inside frame width at the top, middle, and bottom. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements to use that number as your inside width when ordering. Step 2. Measure the height at the left, middle, and right side. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements to use that number as your inside height when ordering.

OUTSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: Step 1. Measure the outside frame width and add 3-6 inches to get the outside mount width. Step 2. Measure the outside frame length and add 4-6 inches to get the outside mount length. It is recommended to allow for overlap to ensure proper coverage and avoid any light gaps.

The more detailed your customizations, the more accurate the final product will be. Custom cordless bamboo Roman shades are available in widths ranging from 15" to 82" and a maximum length of 118". We will double-confirm the order information, so please promptly reply to the email within 48 hours of placing your order. Failure to reply within 48 hours will result in the cordless bamboo blinds being made to your original order request.

INSIDE MOUNT: Measure the internal width and height of your window. Select the window width and height when placing your order. We deduct 0.4 inches from the window width when producing the cordless bamboo Roman shades. Please ensure that the window depth is more than 2 inches; otherwise, opt for outside mount. For example, if your window measures 50" wide by 40" high, the final size of the cordless bamboo blinds will be 49.6" wide by 40" high.

OUTSIDE MOUNT: Measure the external width and height of your window. Add 3-5 inches to the width and 5-10 inches to the height to determine the dimensions for the bamboo window shades. Select the exact size you need when ordering the cordless bamboo Roman shade for outside mount. No deduction will be taken. For example, if your window measures 50" wide by 40" high, the final size of the bamboo blinds will be 54" wide by 45" high if there is enough space for the installation.
